Nifty may touch 4600-4700 before Budget: Ambareesh Baliga

Ambareesh Baliga of Karvy Stock Broking said that there is a possibility of the Nifty touching 4600–4700 levels before the Budget. But was quick to add that markets are tiring
out a bit and need to rest. Fundamentally, he said, expectations have played-out too much and the levels are looking expensive.
