Lakshmi Vilas to raise Rs 240-300 crore; stk up

Lakshmi Vilas Bank touched an intraday high of Rs 88.50 and an intraday low of Rs 78. At 3:21 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 86.30, up Rs 2.10, or 2.49%.
The bank is going to raise Rs 240-300 crore via rights issue, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 69,641 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 4.34% or Rs 3.50 at Rs 84.20.
