India to grow at 4-6% next fiscal: Shankar Acharya

April 8th, 2009

Former Chief Economic Advisor Dr Shankar Acharya said India would only grow at 4-6% next fiscal. “Starting 2009-10, the view that I have expressed here is that growth will be in the range of 4-6%. Now, that’s not very precise. But I think one of the hallmarks of the crisis is that we have huge uncertainties of how it is evolving and how long it will be there and how quick the recovery will be.”
