India may face drought: US Agricultural Dept

The US Agricultural Department has warned that India may face a drought if the monsoons are weak. There is also danger of the EI Nino, a global coupled ocean-atmosphere phenomenon, coming into play. EI Nino is associated with floods, droughts, and other disturbances in a range of locations around the world.
