GHCL makes another acquisition

GHCL is acquiring the hospitality textile division of Best Manufacturing Group through Dan River, which was acquired by GHCL last year. The hospitality division of Best constitutes of HW Baker Linen, which was acquired by Best four years back. HW Baker was one of the leading companies in the field of hospitality sector. The company provides linen for Bath, Bed, Dining, curtains, etc. for all the sectors of hospitality industry. The hospitality textile division of Best manufacturing group is valued at $ 80 million. GHCL is in talks with more targets and it might close more such deals in the current year. By striking this deal GHCL will be able to strengthen its base in US in the Hospitality sector.
