Five cos raise $1 bn via QIP route in 24 hours

Unitech’s blockbuster USD 575 million qualified institutional placement seems to have opened the floodgates. CNBC-TV18’s Nimesh Shah learns that HDIL, GMR Infrastructure, Sobha Developers, and Bajaj Hindustan mopped up over a billion dollars via the QIP Route in 24 hours.
