Exit Tata Motors: Dipan Mehta

June 29th, 2009

Dipan Mehta, Member, BSE/NSE is of the view that one can exit Tata Motors at this level.

Mehta told CNBC-TV18, “After the results Tata Motors came out with over the weekend, clearly disappointment and maybe investors could look at exiting from the stock. There is a lot of uncertainty here as far as the JLR acquisition is concerned and even the domestic market is not showing adequate signs to kind of justify holding the stock at this point of time. Maybe this is still a good opportunity to exit out of Tata Motors even at these levels. The stock has run up almost three times over the past two-three months or so. So, maybe we had seen some liquidation taking place at that point in time.”
