The Management is of the view that the booming economy of an Islamic country has great potential for non-alcoholic beverages. With the entry of Costa Cafe in India the competition in the niche market has increased and therefore Cafe coffee day is planning to strengthen its base in Asian countries. Cafe coffee day has entered Pakistan through a franchisee route. It has tied up with a reputed business family in Pakistan for opening up cafes. The franchisee route for the food chains has a proven track record across the world. It helps the chain grow at a faster pace than opening up company owned outlets.
