BAG Film approves warrants issue to promoters; stk up

BAG Films and Media touched an intraday high of Rs 19.45 and an intraday low of Rs 18.60. At 11:56 am, the share was quoting at Rs 19.10, up Rs 0.50, or 2.69%.
The company board has approved issue of 1.5 crore convertible warrants to promoters, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 29,598 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 4.79% or Rs 0.85 at Rs 18.60.
